  • Creating white-labeled demos and prototypes for Sales

  • Demoing the product to GoCardless Partners using our sales demos.

Discovery and Design

  • Creating product surveys of the Partner’s product in order to understand the product and identify where to build API webhooks.

  • Creating user experience designs and prototypes of how GoCardless will be integrated into a Partner app.

  • Auditing integrations and making sure that they are complete and easy to use.

  • Improving the interface and usability of the Partner Portal.

Design Reviews

For Self-serve Partners, I audited the integrations they built using our support materials. I reviewed the designs and made sure that the integrations are complete, easy to use, and on brand and messaging. After their integration received a design review, Partners are sent to the Partner Portal where their integration received a technical review.
